The first time you hold the Balmer 'Stellar Nova II', you’ll notice the Big Dipper design fitted with 7 genuine white diamonds next to a crescent moon and forget about the time of day. With practice, reality will set back in more quickly when you notice the time as well as a little piece of heaven. The date is ever-present, gazing through a window at the 3 o’clock position. A single larger white diamond is nestled at noon and midnight like the North Star, so central and easy to find.
Though infinitely refined, the 'Stellar Nova II' comes to us very well grounded with a smooth, genuine teju leather band. Subtle flourishes like delicate etchings along the bezel shouldn’t be lost on the discerning eye. As well, the elegant case gives way to reveal the delicate mechanisms inside when you turn the watch over and gaze within.
As the universe will soon learn, this design has been created in an exclusive limited edition of only 500 pieces, which are individually serial numbered on the back of each case. Assuredly, these devices make us aware of this illusive linear habitation that remains otherwise immeasurable.
